Refund Policy

If you complete the 30-day cohort, we refund 100% of the fee you paid — currently ₹14,999. The guarantee exists because the programme only works if you do the work, and we would rather be paid by people who did not finish than keep money from people who did.

It is a genuine refund of the full amount, not credit, not points, and not a discount on a future cohort.

All of the following must be true:

• All 30 days submitted — a deliverable or answers recorded for every day from 1 to 30
• All four weekly assessments submitted and defended (days 7, 14, 21 and 28)
• Both mock interview rounds attended (days 29 and 30)
• The four checkpoint LinkedIn posts published from your own profile
• Your portfolio repository public, with commits on at least 20 separate days

Every submission must be made during the cohort — by the end of Day 30. Work backfilled after the cohort ends does not count towards completion.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 working days of the cohort ending, once completion has been verified by your reviewer.

You do not need to apply. Your reviewer confirms completion after Day 30 and we start the refund. If we think you have not met a condition, we will tell you which one and why before closing the matter, and you can dispute it.

There is no partial refund. Completing 29 of 30 days does not qualify — the point of the guarantee is finishing.

A place ended for plagiarism, fabricated evidence or undisclosed AI use does not qualify for the refund.

Cancel before the cohort starts and you are refunded in full, no conditions. After the cohort starts, the completion guarantee above is the route to a refund.

If we do not run a cohort you have paid for — because it is postponed, cancelled, or does not reach the minimum size — you may move your place to the next cohort or take a full refund, whichever you prefer. Tell us which and we will process it within 14 working days.

If you disagree with a refund decision, write to klymbofficial@gmail.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under India's consumer protection law, including your right to approach a consumer forum.

This refund is tied to your completion of the programme and nothing else. Klymb.ai does not guarantee employment, interviews, placement or any salary outcome, and no refund is owed on the basis of a job search result.
