Refund Policy

Finish System Design on schedule, one lesson a day with no missed days, score 70% or higher on the final assessment, and we refund 100% of your fee.

System Design is sold in early access. 21 of its 21 lessons are live today. The rest are released as they are ready and are included in what you paid.

All of the following must be true:

• All 21 lessons finished, from Day 1 to Day 21, one a day. You can start Day 1 any day you like
• The lesson check passed on the day each lesson is due, with no missed days, signed in with the Google account you paid with. Days run from midnight to midnight India time, and the next day opens at midnight
• At least 70% on the final assessment, which opens the day after you pass Day 21 and must be taken that same day. You get 3 tries and your best score counts. Tries after that are for practice

If the next lesson is not out yet, those days do not count as missed. A new lesson must be passed on the day it comes out or the next day.

If you miss a day, you can keep learning and finish the course, but your streak resets and the refund is no longer available. There are no exceptions and a missed day cannot be made up.

You can claim from the day you pass the final assessment, and up to 60 days after that. Write to us from the email you paid with.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 working days of your claim, once completion has been verified. If the payment is too old for our payment provider to refund, we pay it by bank transfer instead.

There is no partial refund. Finishing some of the lessons, or finishing late, does not qualify: the point of the guarantee is finishing on schedule.

Access ended for cheating, shared accounts or fabricated results does not qualify for the refund.

If you are charged twice for the course by mistake, write to us and we refund the extra payment.

This refund is tied to finishing the course or to the referral offer, and nothing else. It is not a job guarantee. To claim, or if you disagree with a decision, write to team@klymb.ai. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under India's consumer protection law.

Get 3 friends to buy System Design within 10 days of your purchase and we refund 100% of your fee. You keep the course.

All of the following must be true:

• 3 different people each buy the course with their own Google account, using your link or referral code
• Each of them pays within 10 days of your purchase. If you bought before this offer began, your 10 days start on the day it began
• Each of them still has their seat when your refund is paid

We refund 100% of what you paid, whatever price your friends paid, to your original payment method within 14 working days of your third friend's purchase, once we have verified it. You do not need to claim it.

A payment is refunded once. Referring more friends does not earn more money, and if you also finish the course you still get your fee back only once. Friends you refer get no discount.

Referring yourself, using fake or shared accounts, or spamming people with your link does not qualify, and we may end the referral for it.
